Signs you’re healing your relationship with food c Signs you’re healing your relationship with food can show up in subtle but powerful ways.

- Food stops carrying moral weight
- Movement no longer feels like punishment, and food becomes more than just fuel
- You spend less time obsessing about food and your food choices become intentional rather than fearful

These signs of healing are worth celebrating.

Spring is approaching (I promise, it’ll arrive!), Spring is approaching (I promise, it’ll arrive!), and with it comes select fresh Canadian produce. With more folks choosing Canadian products where they can, let’s visit what’s in-season between the months of March and May:

- Rhubarb, radishes, asparagus, kale, spinach, cucumbers, mushrooms, tomatoes, bell-peppers, lettuce, and strawberries

Why choose in-season produce?

- Peak freshness (picked closer to ripeness) means you get the best flavours and textures.
- It’s often lower in price, thanks to reduced transport distances and availability.
- Sustainability that comes with supporting local producers/farmers and reducing long-distance shipping.

A most heartfelt farewell and best wishes to team A most heartfelt farewell and best wishes to team dietitian @sydthedietitian 🩷 Sydney will spend her year out of province to complete her Masters in Social Work.

Sydney just celebrated 5 years with F2F. When she came to my office in early 2020, I was taken aback by her passion, knowledge about non diet nutrition care, and a certainty about what she wanted from private practice. I saw an opportunity and we both jumped in. We opened the Regina office in June 2020, at the beginning of COVID🫣, taking on a risk. It proved to be one of the best moves for us both😀🙌🏻

It's been a pleasure to mentor Sydney, watch her career grow, and learn from her. While I'm sad to see her go, I'm more excited about her next steps. Thank you for your commitment these past 5 years Sydney 💛💛

We take time to recognize the effect of settler colonialism on the health and well-being of indigenous people's past and present. We also recognize the ties between colonialism, racism and anti-fat bias. Embracing these discussions at F2F and committed to learning and growing. We see our role in health advocacy, justice, equity🧡🧡

ALL food provides nutrients. While some food may ALL food provides nutrients.

While some food may have more nutrients than others, it does not make any particular food “good” or “bad”.
