Brooke Bulloch (She/Her)

CEO, Registered Dietitian

Hello and welcome! I'm a Registered Dietitian, team leader, entrepreneur, adventurer, and mom. I graduated with a BSc in Nutrition from the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition at the University of Saskatchewan in 2009. I worked within the Saskatoon Health Region for 5 years in a variety of settings including acute care, primary health, public health, and long term care. I began my private practice journey (it's truly ever-evolving) in 2012.

I greatly value the importance of an inclusive practice; I've dedicated years and continue to learn, listen, advocate, collaborate, connect, and work to change systems that perpetuate discrimination, stigma, oppression, injustice, and undignified health care.

My clients' lived experience plays a huge role when it comes to health, eating, and food relationship. I invite curiosity as we explore the complexity of client's lives and how it affects meal planning, food prep, eating habits and patterns, food availability, making meaningful changes, and their relationship to food and body. I focus on markers of health, client goals and barriers, symptoms, and client confidence as a means of progress, rather than a person's weight status.

As a busy, working mom and business owner, I also appreciate simplicity, flexibility, and sustainability in nutrition planning along with a curious, non-diet approach to food and eating.

You will find more about our approach, vision, and philosophy here. Today I primarily support clients with:

Aside from 1:1 client care I also love working with the media - television, radio, writing, and sponsored social media content (working with a variety of local, Canada-wide, and international brands). I've had the privilege of working with Huffington Post, Best Health Magazine, Canadian Living, Chatelaine, Toronto Tonic, Cottage Life Magazine, Co-op's Table Magazine, The Globe and Mail, CTV News Morning Saskatoon, and continue as a regular guest on Saskatoon's Global News Morning. I was a media spokesperson for Dietitians of Canada from 2014 to 2017. Find more of my work here.

I love public speaking and have presented to/worked with many small and large groups throughout Saskatchewan, including community groups, corporate wellness, post secondary schools, and professional AGMs/conferences.

I hold memberships with the Consulting Dietitians Network under Dietitians of Canada. I'm a member of the Weight Inclusive Dietitians Support Group (Canada), PCOS Dietitians Support Group (North America), and IBS Support Group for Dietitians (world wide).
