Initial Consultation - $200

• 90 minute initial consultation.
• Review of consent; gathering information as part of assessment; describing the therapeutic approach (e.g. talk therapy and somatic experiencing); listening to client conserns; and setting goals for therapy.

Follow up $130

• 60 minute follow up.
• Continued rapport building and creating a safe space for clients; reviewing goals for therapy; supportive therapy using talk therapy and/or somatic experiencing.
