Willow Padbury
Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor

I’m passionate about helping clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies so they can develop sustainable health behaviours from a place of self-care - no dieting or food rules required!
Experience
My professional experience includes working as a Clinical Dietitian in Calgary, AB where I provided support to adults of all ages in long-term care, acquired brain injury, and hospice settings. In these settings, I considered myself a “jack of all trades” where I supported individuals with chronic conditions, gastrointestinal issues, swallowing difficulties, weight concerns, and enteral nutrition.
During my time as a Clinical Dietitian, I’ve worked with many individuals who expressed life-long struggles of weight concerns and poor food relationships. My passion lies in helping individuals with their nutrition-related goals in a way that also prioritize healthy relationships with food, body, and overall wellbeing. Today my areas of focus include:
- General nutrition support
- Chronic Dieting & Disordered Eating Recovery
- Binge Eating Disorder
- Food Relationship Counseling
- Intuitive Eating (including intuitive eating while managing chronic disease)
Memberships/Continued Education
I am currently a member of the Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH) as well as the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association.
In December 2019, I became a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Intuitive Eating is a weight-inclusive, evidenced-based model, which integrates instinct, emotion, and rational thought to help guide eating behaviours.
I have also focused my continued learning on the nutritional management of eating disorders, with a focus on Binge Eating Disorder.
