Registered Dietitian - Regina Location1-306-717-6291
Some of the smartest, most interesting, and passionate people I know struggle with their relationship with food, and yet they are still all of those things. People are not what they eat—they are so much more. I am here to help you find peace with food and rediscover the joy of nurturing your body.
I am graduate of the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition at the University of Saskatchewan. I have focused my continued learning on disordered eating, eating disorders, and healthy food and body relationships. I also have a lot of interest around plant-based eating and getting curious and creative in the kitchen. My role at Food to Fit includes supporting individuals with:
- Chronic dieting/disordered eating recovery
- Food relationship counseling
- Intuitive Eating
- Body image counselling
- Chronic disease prevention (e.g. pre-diabertes; hyperlipidemia)
- Plant-based eating
I am a Dietitians of Canada member, and I am active in several national dietitian support groups. I keep up with the latest nutrition-related research, podcasts, and webinar and I aim to keep up-to-date with what is happening in the world that could be affecting my clients.
