I believe in replacing nutrition misinformation and unhelpful beliefs and behaviours around food with ways to see nourishment as part of self-care. My professional experience includes acute care, diabetes management, tube feeding support, and disordered eating/eating disorder counseling. At Food to Fit, my main focus is supporting people in the following areas:
