Mango Banana Frozen Yogurt Pops
Frozen yogurt pops make such a great summer snack for your littles. Toddlers and kids rely on nutrient-dense foods to help them grow. These pops (similar to this older recipe) are so tasty, creamy, and rich in nutrients such as vitamin C, potassium, calcium, B12, and protein. If adding the honey, serve only to children older than 12 months of age.
Add some variety to your summer treats, your family will love these!
2 cups frozen diced mango
1 small banana
2 tsp honey (optional)
1 cup plain yogurt (3 to 5% milk fat)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1) Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or a good blender. Mix until uniform and smooth.
2) Pour the yogurt mixture into popscicle holders. Add the lids and freeze.
