Berry Vanilla Frozen Yogurt Bark

I am always on the hunt for frozen summer snack ideas that don't always default to ice cream. I mean, we love ice cream but not every day. And I want to offer my son a variety of nourishing and fun snack options.

Frozen yogurt bark is super fun and easy to throw together - grab a cookie sheet, cover it with parchment or your non-stick silpat, slather a thick layer of your favourite Greek yogurt and then press your fruit into it and freeze. Fruit options could include: raspberries, cut up strawberries, pomegranate seeds, or blueberries.
